Charli, our Camp Food Service Provider for the last 20 years has decided to retire at the end of 2024.
We will miss her cooking our food but now she will be able to come to camp and just enjoy herself. These will be big shoes to fill so we are starting early looking for her replacement .
Below is a brief description of the job requirements.
Easy Does It Weekend Food Service Responsibilities:
Purchase all necessary groceries and service supplies, including coffee supplies.
Transport to Camp Seely kitchen.
Prepare meals according to the designated camp menu for approximately 160 campers.
Meals include Friday dinner, Saturday breakfast, lunch and dinner and Sunday brunch.
Meals are all served buffet style outdoors.
Partial disposable and plastic ware.
A crew of at least 6 total is required.
Cooking equipment is provided from the camp facility.
Cabins are provided for kitchen crew.
